Laser Remanufacturing Process

 

  1. Completely disassemble the cartridge.
  2. Replace worn gears or springs.
  3. Vacuum all residual toner on the components and inner surfaces.
  4. Replace the photo conductor drum with a new aftermarket drum.
  5. Replace cleaning/wiper blade.
  6. When applicable, replace and reset doctor blade at orginal equipment manufacturer's OEM specifications.
  7. Fill toner hopper as required by the manufacturer's recommended refill level with new graphic toner.
  8. Reassemble and test cartridge to insure proper funtioning.
  9. Label and date each cartridge.
  10. Seal cartridge in a silver mylar anti-static and light protective bag.
  11. Pack cartridge in a new box with appropriate protective, recyclable type bubble wrap protect cartridge from harm during delivery.
  12. Enclosed in the box are copies of the test prints from the cartridge to ensure quality before delivery.
