Bay Area Laser Printer & Fax Repair, Inc. premium cartridges are remanufactured under the highest control standards that employ the latest remanufacturing techniques assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the OEM (original equipment manufacture).
Bay Area Laser Printer & Fax Repair, Inc, at its option, will replace or refund the full purchase price of any cartridge that is found to be defective.
Bay Area Laser Printer & Fax Repair, Inc. also warrants that, subject to conditions stated below and under normal use (including operation of the printer equipment within specifications) our cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible equipment. In the event of any reported related printer problem due to a Bay Area Laser Printer & Fax Repair, Inc, cartridge, the customer should always first call Bay Area Laser Printer & Fax Repair, Inc. for assistance. All proposed service should first be evaluated and approved by Bay Area Laser Printer and Fax Repair, Inc. technician. Bay Area Laser Printer & Fax Repair, Inc will have the option to perform the proposed service or repair or to appoint another authorized service facility to perform the proposed service or repair free of charge to the customer.
Bay Area Laser Printer & Fax Repair, Inc. liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as provided above. These warranties are exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Supply and Parts Return PolicySince we stand behind our product, within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return product less shipping fees and 25% restocking fee on unopened product and in its original condition. Please do not return product without contacting us first. We will not issue credit for shipments that were refused and returned to us.
Service Charge PolicyA service charge of 1.5% per month, 18% APR will be added to all overdue accounts, also liable for all legal and collection fees. A $35.00 Bad check fee will be applied to all NSF checks and will be collected electronically. |
